yes its legal but you cant use any ed materials meaning you have to pay for stock images and you probably wont make much selling tutorials when there are so much sites that offer them for free and will probably have the same content you would make more setting up a website putting the tutorials on for free and putting ads on your site

Yes, you can make your own tutorials and sell them.

Don't include any ed material or other programs that don't belong to you. If you do, ask for permission first and get it in writing.

As a courtesy, you could have a disclaimer, an opening slide, providing the trademark symbol and notice that belongs to Adobe since you will be discussing Adobe.

It might not even hurt to visit the Adobe sight and see if they have any information regarding the use of their name on your tutorials.
