A broadway muical, probably in the 70s, contained a song whose lyrics,
in part, were: "I figure whenever youre down and out, the only way is
up, and I'll be up like a rose, bud, high on the vine, etc..." What
was the name of the show and what are the full lyrics of that song?The word "muical" should read "musical"Hello.
The name of the show was "Wildcat." The lyricist was Carolyn Leigh.
The song you remember was called "Hey, Look Me Over!" The original
